Purchasing process
To make a purchase, the customer must follow the online purchasing protocol indicated on our site. Once the information has been correctly entered and the order has been initiated by clicking on the "Order" button (or similar), it will be processed in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Before finalizing the purchase, the customer must confirm that he/she has read and understood the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which include details of the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data, available in our Privacy Policy. After explicitly accepting these conditions and the order summary, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email, following verification of the information provided.
An email will also be sent to the customer with the order summary, marking the finalization of the agreement.
Our Terms and Conditions of Sale can be freely consulted on our website, enabling them to be printed or downloaded.
During the purchase process, a user account will be created on the site, enabling the customer to access the content of the courses for which they have registered, and to modify their login details if necessary.
You'll find two types of French courses on www.frenchfacile.com:
- French courses in digital format (videos, PDFs and interactive exercises/quizzes)
- French courses via videoconference with native teachers.
1. Purchase process for online French courses in digital format
By purchasing an online French course in digital form, the purchaser benefits in principle from perpetual access to this product. However, in the event that the product is withdrawn or replaced, or if the way in which the www.frenchfacile.com courses are marketed changes, such as a switch to a monthly subscription system, or if the Site and the Vendor cease their activities, the customer may continue to use the product provided that he or she has made a prior request to Français avec Pierre to receive a link to download a similar version of the product onto his or her computer.
Although full access to the course content requires an Internet connection, the user may still take advantage of the PDF materials, provided they have downloaded them in advance.
It is possible that the course hosting platform may experience temporary malfunctions due to Internet connection problems or other incidents beyond the control of the Vendor. Although the Vendor undertakes to maintain the smooth running of the platform, it cannot be held responsible for temporary service interruptions and is not obliged to compensate the user for such inconveniences.
The Seller reserves the right not to honor orders if the buyer's solvency is not assured, if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, or if the products are not available for download.
2. Purchase process and terms of sale for online French courses with native teachers
These online French courses are organized by videoconference (Zoom or similar) with native teachers.
Currently, there are two types of online courses with native teachers at www.frenchfacile.com:
A) Group courses explaining French language training
Each course entitles the purchaser to 10 group lesson sessions (for an additional fee), during which a native teacher will answer students' questions. He or she will explain any points that students find difficult or misunderstood, and will do live exercises with them.
Each lesson lasts 60 min.
Timetables for these courses will be communicated after registration and will be organized to suit the majority.
B) Communication classes
www.frenchfacile.com organizes occasional group communication courses (2-6 people) through Zoom.
Students sign up for 1, 2 or 3 months of 2 classes per week.
When registering, students choose their teacher and schedule from a calendar.
Students choose their level: beginner, intermediate or advanced. The teacher may advise them to join a group better suited to their level after the first session, if necessary.
Each class lasts 60 min.
Material
The work material includes PDF sheets.
Evaluation and diploma
Teachers evaluate the 4 skills on an ongoing basis.
At the end of the course, a diploma will be awarded if the skills have been acquired.
Payment and refund policy
Payments for courses are required in full and in advance.
Customers are entitled to a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period following the purchase of intensive French courses, with the possibility of obtaining a full refund within 14 days, without obligation to provide an explanation or incur penalties. To exercise this right, simply send an e-mail to contact@frenchfacile.com. However, if courses have begun during the withdrawal period, the refund will be adjusted pro rata to the courses already taken.
After the 14-calendar-day period, no refund will be granted.
Sales prices and electronic invoicing
Unless otherwise stipulated, the prices of products and services displayed do not include taxes. VAT, calculated according to the rate in force in the customer's country of residence within the European Union, will be added to the prices displayed, which are expressed in euros.
The prices applied will be those shown on the website at the time of ordering. Please note that product and service prices are subject to change without notice. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to check the final amount before confirming and submitting the order.
Despite the Vendor's best efforts to ensure the accuracy of prices on the website, errors may occur. In the event of a price inconsistency being identified in an order, the Vendor reserves the right to contact the customer to inform them of the error and offer them the option of either re-validating their order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If the Vendor is unable to contact the customer, the order will be considered cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded in full.
Prices displayed on the website and on the order form are subject to change at any time. However, except in the cases mentioned above, such adjustments will have no impact on orders already confirmed by the Vendor.
The customer agrees to receive invoices in electronic format by e-mail. This billing method may be revoked by the customer at any time by notifying the Seller at the address provided in our contact information.
Payment methods
For payment of products and services, the customer may choose one of the methods indicated in the purchase process on the website.

Right of withdrawal
1. Right of withdrawal for "digital" online French courses
In accordance with article 103 relating to the protection and rights of consumers and users, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable and the customer acknowledges having been informed of this exclusion. This exception applies to purchases of digital content (without material support). The buyer accepts this exception as well as the other GCS when validating his/her purchase on the Site.
In the event that the customer acquires products or services specified as exceptions to the general rule on our site, he will not be able to assert his right of withdrawal in accordance with the terms of article 103 of the LDDCU.
2. Right of withdrawal for French lessons with a teacher
The customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 natural days from the purchase of the courses with teachers, and the right to be reimbursed for the full price within a maximum of 14 days without the need to justify himself or be penalized. To exercise this right, simply send an e-mail to contact@frenchfacile.com. However, if the course has already begun during the withdrawal period, the customer will only be reimbursed for the proportional part of the course not taken.
Special money-back guarantee on sales of digital French courses
Even if the right of withdrawal under article 103 of the LDDCU, cited in the previous point, is not applicable, the Seller, in order to guarantee the quality of the product offered and as proof of its complete honesty towards it, offers the customer the possibility of requesting, by e-mail, a full refund of the price of the course purchased if, within 30 calendar days of purchase, it communicates its lack of satisfaction with the course received, its reasons and the details of its purchase. Refunds will only be made if the specified deadlines are met.
The Seller reserves the right, however, to refuse refund requests deemed inappropriate.
For "digital" online French courses, the Vendor reserves the right to refuse refund requests if more than 30% of the course has been completed.
Refund policy for French lessons with a teacher
For French courses with teachers, the Seller does not offer refunds if the student has attended the course but is dissatisfied.
If the student has not attended the lessons with a teacher for personal reasons, even though he/she has been informed of the lesson times, no refund will be possible after the date of the course.
